William E. Throne IV
For more than 25 years, Bill Throne has successfully represented individuals and businesses in connection with residential and commercial real estate, mortgage finance, civil litigation, and bankruptcy matters.
Over time, he has acquired deep industry knowledge and developed a unique perspective of the law and how to leverage it to achieve his clients’ goals. He strives to understand each client’s needs beyond the legal issue at hand, offering practical solutions that help clients make informed decisions. While Bill is an experienced litigator, he strives to achieve his clients’ desired results in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Bill believes that winning is important, but that an outcome can only be viewed as a "win" when it is aligned with the clients’ interests and stated goals. To achieve this synchronicity, Bill works shoulder-to-shoulder with his clients, keeps them informed throughout the process, and maintains open communication at all stages of representation.
Prior to founding Throne Law, Bill was a partner at a litigation firm where he advised on residential mortgage regulatory compliance, litigated complex mortgage and title disputes, and oversaw the implementation of multi-state residential mortgage closing procedures, guidelines and processes for a Fortune 500 bank.
Bill graduated from Rutgers College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, then later studied law at Rutgers Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
